Learner drivers
Yes, we were all one once for for christ sake!
you get stuck behind them big time, they take forever to go over a roundabout, pull outta a junction etc, etc...........

 I think I'd rather they take a long time than pull stright out on me! That said they should be banned in rush hour(s) traffic so basically should be allowed on the roads between 10 and 11, 2 and 3 and after 7
