you just paste the link into the reply box and it embeds the video into the post. When you open it you see the YouTube screen ready to play

not sure on this one without delving around, you can do it with photobucket by pasting the link for videos but I'm not sure how I can make it permanent

I can't see the point really as people will always find other ways to get videos if they really wanted to - watch people leaving Youtube in droves....
